They want to use our monitoring tool but they want to use it for some customers that are a little outside our 'rim'.
Encompass is correct = encompasses (sometimes just the emphasis on the wrong syllable is funny enough!)
I bought you a new sword, maybe you can find a 'scalbert' for it. (scabbard?)
